General terms of product changes and returns

You can cancel your order at no charge if you contact us by phone or email within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right to withdraw from the sale) apply to the whole product and can not be exercised on a part of the product only. The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer's expense. The products must be returned in their original condition, complete and intact with all the accompanying documents (receipt, labels, change card) at the customer's expense.

Once we receive a request for a refund or product change and provided the above conditions are met, we will credit the customer's account with the relevant amount.
The customer will be notified as soon as the return/change request has been fully processed. In the above case provided that casadilivadi.gr is entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products, it will have the right to offset the relevant amount of the claimed compensation with the price to be returned.


Order cancellation before shipment

The customer has the right to cancel the transaction before receiving the products. In this case, the customer sends a cancellation statement to casadilivadi.gr through the contact form located on the Contact page or via e-mail to info@casadilivadi.gr. Our store will accept the cancellation and will return the price to the customer by crediting his account only if the (purchased) product / s (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the customer.


Change of products after delivery

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he has the right to request a change of the purchased product. In this case, the customer can send an e-mail to info@casadilivadi.gr or contact by phone at +30 2493 0 41 242 or +30 677 40 72 93, requesting the change of the product with another product of his choice with own charge.
In the event of a faulty, damaged or defective product, for which the change is requested, the customer will not be charged the cost for the second receipt of the new product acquired after the change.
Changes will not be accepted for products sold at a discount at the time of purchase.


Return of Products after delivery

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he further has the right to return the product he will buy and request a refund of the price paid as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection. In this case, the customer sends via e-mail message/e-mail to info@casadilivadi.gr, requesting the return of the product in return for the return the price paid.
